Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed after successful payment or COD verification.
• All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery basis. Please ensure the exact payment amount is available at the time of delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
• Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests can only be accepted before dispatch.

Limitation of Liability

Catch Store shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, technical issues, or force majeure events.
