Catch Store delivers across Pakistan using trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–3 working days
  • Other Areas: 3–5 working days
    (Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or sale periods.)

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: For orders above Rs. 3,000
  • Flat Rate: Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 3,000

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for most areas across Pakistan. Please ensure accurate address and contact details for smooth delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the parcel will be returned to Catch Store. Re-delivery charges may apply.
