Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love every purchase you make at Catch Store. If something isn’t right, we offer an easy and transparent return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or clearance.
• Accessories and innerwear (due to hygiene reasons).

Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
3. Once approved, ship the product back to our return address.
4. Upon inspection, we will issue an exchange or refund as per your preference.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
• In case of COD orders, refund will be transferred via bank or mobile wallet.
